processing time
once you order, it takes us 1–3 business days to prepare your item. some pieces are made or sourced on order, which is part of why moodshelf items feel less mass-produced — but it does mean a little patience upfront.

delivery time
after processing, delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location. items are coming from our partner makers and craftspeople around the world, not a local warehouse — that's how we keep prices fair and the selection genuinely interesting.

so altogether: expect your little thing to arrive in roughly 2–5 weeks from order to doorstep. rue knows that's not instant. she thinks it's worth the wait.

tracking
you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. if it's quiet for a few days after that, don't panic — international tracking updates can be patchy, especially in the first week.

customs & duties
