how shipping works

once you place your order, your tracking number usually generates within 1–3 days. after that, it might take another day or two before the tracking page actually shows any movement — that's totally normal and just means your package is making its way to the carrier. total delivery time is typically 2–5 weeks depending on where you are.

where's my tracking number?

you'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships. if you haven't seen it within 3 days of ordering, check your spam or promotions folder — it sometimes ends up there. still nothing? reach out and we'll look into it for you.

my tracking shows no movement — is that okay?

yep, totally normal in the early days! tracking info can be slow to update, especially right after the label is created. if it's been over a week with absolutely zero updates, feel free to contact us and we'll check what's going on.

a note on blind box orders

blind box and desk creature items ship the exact same way — fully tracked, just like everything else. the only mystery is what's inside the box. 🎁 your package itself will arrive safe and sound.
